Kangmao (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd is setup in Shanghai as a sales window of Kangmao Arts and Crafts Manufacture.
Kangmao, established in 1992 and ISO-9001 certified in 2003,covering an total area of 130,000 M2 with 7 factories and more than 1500 workers, is one of the biggest maker and exporter of shopping bags made of all kinds of soft material, such as cotton canvas (normal cotton canvas, organic cotton canvas, recycled cotton canvas), Jute, PLA non woven, bio-degradable and compostable recycled weaving paper, PP non woven (lamination), PP woven, polyester, Micro-fabric, PVC, RPET fabric and PET lamination. We can produce cotton/canvas fabric by ourselves. In October, 2008 we established one joint-venture for printing and lamination.
Annual export volume is more than USD 20 million. Main products are: shopping bag, foldable pouch, backpack, waist bag, cosmetic bag, pencil case, book cover, beach bag, kitchen products, closet organizer, garments and ect, which sell well in USA, Japan, EU, Hong Kong and Taiwan area. we have supplied to some worldly famous company like Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Disney, Coca-Cola, Hello-Kitty, Nestle and ect
Product testing: Conduct test with TUV, SGS, Intertek and BV labs. Our products have passed a series of tests to meet the standards and relevant regulations of America and Europe, such as REACH, PAHS, 6 PHTHALATES, Low Cadmium, FDA, EN 71, AZO Dyes ect.
Factory evaluation: Main bag factory passed BSCI, WCA, COC, BV. And our paper bag factory passed FSC, BV.GSV, SA8000, SEDEX, ITCI.
Quality control: It is an integral part of every step in our business process. Utilizing a proven and documented continuous quality control process ensures that all deliverables are developed with an emphasis on quality. Our division of the quality control process into three separate processes ensures that specialized expertise is applied to each stage of our operation. This system also provides the redundancy necessary to prevent any quality problem from evading detection.
